Sumukh Steel Castings Pvt. Ltd., originally established in 2009 under the name Venkateshwara Alloy Steels, began operations with a 100 kg crucible and a single-piece casting capacity of 55 kg. Over the years, we steadily expanded our melting capacity, installing a 300 kg crucible in 2015 and a 500 kg crucible in 2019.

In 2021, the company was incorporated as Bana Metacast Pvt. Ltd. to strengthen its presence in the steel casting industry. In 2025, following a strategic restructuring and complete acquisition. the company was rebranded as Sumukh Steel Castings Pvt. Ltd. With this transformation, we are entering a new growth phase, backed by enhanced production capabilities and a renewed vision.

Today, we proudly operate with a 1 MT single-piece casting capacity, along with overall Production capacity of 1800 MT / Year delivering world-class graded steel castings including stainless steel, manganese steel, and heat-resistant alloys. Our product portfolio includes tool room Dies, motor bodies, Under Carriage parts, propellers, pump casings, impellers, crusher jaw plates, carriers, heavy-duty bearings, heat-treatment trays, among others, supplied as both raw castings and fully machined components.

With a robust infrastructure comprising a modern melting shop, moulding shop, core shop, fettling shop, and in-house quality testing laboratory, and as an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, we are committed to providing superior quality castings and reliable service to industries worldwide.
