Our story began in 2009 as Venkateshwara Alloy Steels, a modest foundry with a 100 kg crucible and a single-piece casting capacity of 55 kg. With dedication, innovation, and a vision for growth, we expanded our production capabilities year after year — installing 300 kg and 500 kg crucibles to meet rising industry demands.

In 2021, we restructured and rebranded as Bana Metacast Pvt. Ltd., strengthening our foothold in the steel casting industry. By 2025, after a strategic acquisition and complete transformation, we proudly became Sumukh Steel Castings Pvt. Ltd.

Today, we operate with a 1 MT single-piece casting capacity and an overall annual production capacity of 1800 MT, delivering high-quality graded steel castings worldwide. Our journey is a testament to progress, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
